1.silver dollar deadlift-starts at 260kg. 3 nominated wieghts(no suits.straps are allowed)
2.arm over arm-wieghts TBC 90sec
3.overhead medley-90kg keg,100kg block,120kg axle,140kg log and 80kg inh dumbell.90 sec
4.super yoke 350kg over 20m.90sec
5.medley-140kg farmers for 15m,90 & 110kg kegs for 15m 90 sec
6.stones-115-135-155-175-200kg

all events are man against man and apart from the deadlift.

The top 2 competitors will qauliy for the UK'S STRONGEST MAN 2011 competition.

true mate, he going full on at the momment 450k yoke 20m stupidly easy plus hitting big numbers on the log 175 x2............ he will defo win this year he carrys on ; )

Maybe raise some money for charity.

The Novice comp held in Cardiff 06/03/2011 was a big success and was well attended. I am sure people would love to do another, particularly as ir will be much warmer!Happy

location already set. There are alot of excellent locations that come to mind when putting on a comp especially in wales. But alot of things come into play.........
