The other weird thing was, if this guy was lifting in your gym doing 2x bodyweight overhead press, deadlifts that were 300kg+ there would be people takeing pictures on camera phones ect... well in my s**tty gym anyway.  | ||

However for the squats and bench press work is done in my local rubish gym due to my wife not letting me have a power cage in the living room (im working on that). I do hope that bear power guy comes back with a few awsome videos. Needless to say my pants will be moist watching a naturall 77kg guy do a 300kg+ deadlift. | ||

Sadly no garden, only 1 bedroom. I have all the weights stacked away in the corner along with the bars, the log lives by the TV. Still trying to work out how to do band training hummm... Should be getting some chains soon Will be nice. The stuffs a talking point. | ||
