I think his 3rd place in last years WSM is probably as good as hes ever gonna do - but that is an amazing achievment , so many american beasts coming thru !!

Even his dad lifts more Member 388, 313 posts SQ 315, BP 210, DL 285 810.0 kgs @ 98kgs Eq	The year he came 3rd he looked really good, he looked like a potential winner, just because he has had a bad year this time, don’t put him out of it, I think he needs to put that 20kg bodyweight back on , it has obviously made a big difference to his strength. And let’s see what he does next year... good luck to him.

Member 5, 25565 posts Administrator	yea, terry is awsome and no doubt he had a bad season but there were some good guys coming thru , been really enjoying watching stronman of late , pity im short and weedy , f**k u90 ,they need a u78 cat !! hopefully britians strongest man will be a doooozy next year (is it on TV?)

Member 5, 25565 posts Administrator	you have probably read the thread on Mt ,this is what tez says: I was way below par but as was pointed out by a few people there were reasons for it, I had suffered with a bad kidney infection last year, I've had MAJOR back problems, and also had lot's of personal problems which I would rather not go into on a public forum. Since WSM everything has been going well and I am currently in better shape than I was when I got 3rd at WSM in 2007. Just to add I did 140kg log today for 8 reps which I got 0 on at WSM! My deadlift was down by loads but it's pretty much back at my best, as was said I lifted 405kg only 3 weeks ago, I will do over 410 by the end of Jan. As Loz stated the standard in Britain is very high right now and us pushing each other on can only make it better!! Expect big things from all the Brits at WSM next year!! so mabie i am selling the bigman short a little , stick it to em terry !!
