I've just ordered the 'My Protein' equivalents. I've had really inflamed tendons in my shoulder since Feb 2016 and I'm really hoping this helps fix it.

I'll post what I think after a few days.

Mega Cissus and Joint Health from My Protein are fantastic. The best my shoulder has felt in months.

I am also doing double the recommended daily allowance

Might try that combo next.
Tried most joint supps but not noticed any difference really.

Been in mega cissus and joint care from my protein for a good few weeks. Got say that my golfers elbow and occasional dodgy shoulder are feeling a lot better. No help for my ankle though. Which tbh I think is either arthritis or an impingement. Wondering now if there's any supplements that actually can help. I've also tried loads of MSM but to no avail.

Just lately squatting is turning to torture and all because of this what feels like tendonitis in my shoulder down to my elbow inside of my arm.but strangely after I finish squatting it goes??? So I'm going to try and change my elbow position see If I can't shift the load a little of me arms. Let you know what happens.
