Sorry lads, it's a post with a serious slant (I know the little a massive will be dissappointed, and I'll find some porn for us soon), but just curious how many people whilst browsing through the shelves of the local suppliment shop or the pages of e versions of such businesses actually check whether their proposed batch of amino this or pro hormone that is permitted within current testing regs prior to purchase?

It seems to me that all but the most educated are with me in finding the whole thing a little confusingConfused

If I was getting specifically tested I would do, but since there isnt testing in strongman I dont have that problem.

I know of a few brands that ensure their protein products etc wont cause a false negative: BSN, Reflex, EAS to name three of them.

havent thought about this actually... i sometimes neck some weird herbs and stuff if i happen to stumble across some evidence that they might be ok. I mean cheap ones, like Maca root which supposedly boosts test production, a bag of the powder was couple quid, and that was good for over a month, so no harm done.

Got more boners when on it. Rest my case.
