Autopsy: cardio was done this morning for the purpose of cutting weight before my first comp. 7km walk/jog,

I feel like today's real training suffered a little but I did everything I needed.

The BDFPA west mids this time.

Going to be my first effort so hopefully give me the experience of comp style lifting.

Autopsy: felt a strain on the bench press didn't double the 80kg and left it after that.

Felt really tired today beforehand which I'm putting down to a lack of calories.

Autopsy: 10hrs in work then home to this. Happy with a beltless pb, could of been a bit smoother technique wise.

I don't want to be a t**t but I'd be a bit careful deadlifting like that - looks a little like supporting the bar on your legs which may not be on where you compete.

Good lifting aside from that.

Haha no t**tness there mate, valid point. Didn't feel that way but always worth checking my form.
