Having had the same problem 3 times now its obviously a recurring thing, so i am wondering if anyone can recommend anyone who has experience with weightlifting/powerlifting/strongman injuries preferably in the south west, if not as close as possible.

Aside from recovery and someone looking at the issue, would it be worth having someone look at your form and why you might be having the recurring injury in case it is something you are doing mechanically with your body rather than an impingement or natural impending doom of your body.
