Sure is Colin, said at the beginning of the year I wanted to reach 200 by the end of the year. Seems to be getting harder not easier tbh! I see you're up for the comp in March, looking forward to competing against u and the rest of the boys again. Another lesson from the top guys i think but more good experience. Don't cut it so close at weigh in this time lol!

Yeah, looking forward to it. Eagerly awaiting the announcement of the events so I can get my arse in gear and up my event training.
Weight won't be an issue, neither should fitness. Dropped body weight to 86/87kg and maintaining it easily and doing more cardio these days and conditioning and feeling fitter.
I'd expect better performances from myself next year.
No doubt who the top 3 will be again, but you never know.
I'm sure you'll get the 200 before the year is out.
