How is he going to hurt himself?
He was in control of the lift 100%
Like all his lifts tbh
It's oberst the one who's risking injury if you compare the 2 lifts
Like ed said he's at around 90@%

surely they are the same time frame out from the comp - both have the same build up time.

z doesn't push press much (more of 'continental' press movement) sovwhats the problem with being more strict if it works for him?

The comp isn't the same time frame out for them both? Are we talking about World's?

I was saying nope to the same build up time. Eds been training for this for a while. Oberst just started back up after a break after Americas Strongest Man.

(Oberst looked silly strong overhead at ASM and looked good for 220.)

biggest Z fan here
i am sure Z can strict every record he did, his strict axle presses over 200kg proove this
he protects his lower back with some leg drive

eddie strict presses are fantastic but
hixxy did 195 strict and 30kg lighter, Radzikowski did 212x3 log in training 2 years ago and 25kg lighter, Jenkins 180X5 strict axle

from what I see most he can strict with WSM long wooden log is 210 no more
should start using some legs, max 220 for eddie no more
not bad
but too much talk
it's possible Oberst to beat him
