Yeah I've got to work on the self-maintenance (cheaper option) and food part. It's mainly my knees that trouble me. Everything else is fine and just requires some TLC.

work capacity is something you have to build over time.

Jumping straight into training with mad mofos like robocop and ken will mean that you just skip that couple years of slow buildup of volume and intensity.

But its do or die, your body will adapt over time.

i agree with this its all about adaption, i watched a John Broz(weightlifting coach) video where he said its lyk being a bin man or something basicaly your first day will be hard but after doing it day in day out its gets easier.
adaption.

hot-cold showers and good post workout nutrition wouldnt go a miss tho!

You should try what my training partner does, jon only trains once a week... he never has any problems with recovery.

Since October I've been training around once a week, however, in the last three weeks it's been twice a week.

He's just a big drama queen.
