Legs

Lying leg curls
stiff legged deadlifts
standing single leg curls

Squats
Leg Press
Hack Squats
Leg Extensions

No weights worth bragging about or mentioning were lifted today on the squats but i did 20 mins sttretching before training and it really eased my back, actually squatted nearly pain free.
Was a brutal session though on everything else and watching the englands southern yesterday has massively fired me up to train balls to the wall now

Flat bench

60kg x 10 warm up
100kg x8 warm up
140kg x6 warm up
160kg x 8

inclince dumbell press
40kg x 12 warm up
60kg x 6 felt aweful on right bicep
50kg x10

superset
hammer strength press machine with flyes machine 2x sets

press downs
2x heavy sets 12 reps then 9 reps

skull crushers
2x heavy sets

bench dips x 1

Seated calf raise
few warm up sets
2x heavy

toe press
3x sets final set supurseted with standing calve raises

Good session overall, was nice and intense although im broken from legs yesterday too, again did loads of hamstring stretching today and it seems to be helping my back.

did events yesterday
lots for failed lifts, although i smashed arms on friday so wasnt expecting any pressing records.

Did legs today, back and glutes were really pinching at the bottom of the reps on squats so decided to stop.

I am however over a 1000mg more of a man now due to ending a rest from the good stuff and will be even more of a man by the end of the week so hopefully things will improve, also getting deep tissue massage on my back tomorrow to see if it helps.

going to focus the next couple of weeks on nursing my injuries better if its possible, getting my energy levels back up and adding some muscle then will hopfully be tuned up for the last 6 weeks to dial in for the englands.

diet started today is and will be:

9:00am 150g oats, 90g protein powder
12:00 150g rice 220g chicken
15:00 100g rice 220g chicken
18:00 300g potato 220g meat (chicken, beef, pork) veg
20:00 100g oats 90g protein powder
22:30 220g chicken 1 tbspn peanut butter
03:00 90g protein powder

supplements include, glutamine, animal pack, vit c, and 4000mg a week of other supplements, plus pro recover after training.

should regain my pressing strength and any size lost and then i plan to cut back on the food to make the weight but i need some "Off season" time to get back.
