Any ways this my stats 50yrs young 210kg allways kept my self fit from being a kid ie;Boxing , Army, mostly endurance sports triathlon etc . But for the last 2 years I have been lifting at Silvers Gym in Bury Lancs great Gym but not specific so help needed as I like the look of powerlifting or maybe a go at Strong Man. What do you think! | ||
