Squat-165kg, Bench press-135kg, Deadlift-240kg Total 540kg Unequipped, bodyweight 105kg, This years goals... Squat-200kg, Bench press-150kg, Deadlift-260kg Total 610kg Unequipped, bodyweight 120kg More importantly i'de like 2 gain some valuable experiece along the way, will post videos as often as possible and feedback will be appreciated either negative or positive... Thanks for passing bye... 25/03/2011 Shoulders Was'nt going 2 train felt a little tired and have been having slight problems with my wrist had a phone call of a fellow lifter and just could'nt resist myself... 40kg clean and press 10 reps-strict warm up set 60kg clean and press 8 reps-strict warm up set 100kg continental clean and press 3 reps - slight push press 100kg clean and press 2 reps - slight puss press 110KG continental clean and press 1 rep ( should of went again) 40kg upright row 10 reps-strict warm up set 50kg upright row 10 reps-strict 60kg upright row 10 reps-strict 60kg upright row 10 reps-strict 30kg single arm dumbell press of the floor 8 reps per hand-strict 35kg single arm dumbell press of the floor 6 reps per hand-strict 40kg single arm dumbell press of the floor 6 reps per hand-slight leg drive 50kg single are dumbell press of the floor 3 reps per hand-push press (Right arm seemed 2 go up much easier than the left on the 50kg set) 50kg viking press 10 reps-strict 90kg viking press 8 reps-strict 120kg viking press 6 reps-strict 3 X sets of front raises 3 X sets of single handed side raises (cable excersizes, light weight maybe 20kg, Just 2 get a good stretch out) JOB DONE, GOOD SESSION CONSIDERING I WAS GOING 2 GIVE IT A MISS !!! Weekend off now back in the gym monday for legs.....Feedback allways appreciated! | ||

![]() Member 2211, 33 posts SQ 220, BP 170, DL 240630.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Going back a few years at the age of 18 I blacked out on a PB attempt squatting the weight was 180kg and since the incident i had failed 2 really train legs properly, heavy squats were a definate no go and weekly i just got more pissed of at myself!!! However after deciding that it was time 2 really step up my training at the begining of this year i realised that at some point in the very near future i would have 2 face my nemesis! I have been squatting every week since the begining of this year and have finally got my confidence back so here goes.... 28/03/2011 Leg session...... 60KG SQUAT X 10 REPS - WARM UP SET, NO BELT,DEEP ARSE 2 THE FLOOR 100KG SQUAT X 8 REPS - NO BELT, DEEP ARSE 2 THE FLOOR 140KG SQUAT X 5 REPS - BELT ON, REP 1,2 DEEP ARSE 2 THE FLOOR, 3,4,5 BELOW PARELLEL After watching my training partner sink a 200KG squat arse 2 the floor i decided it was time 2 face the demon's removing a 10KG plate per side the bar was loaded.... 180KG SQUAT X 2 REPS - BELT ON & A MASSIVE SHOT OF NOSE TORK! BELOW PARELLEL (PB) Happy as a pig in s**t 2 say the least! ![]() 80KG FRONT SQUAT X 3 REPS - NO BELT, POOR FORM 80KG FRONT SQUAT X 6 REPS - NO BELT, MUCH BETTER FORM 100KG FRONT SQUAT X 5 REPS - BELT ON 100KG FRONT SQUAT X 4 REPS - NO BELT 100KG SINGLE LEG PRESS X 10 REPS EACH LEG X 4 SETS 40KG SEATED LEG CURLS X 10 REPS X 4 SETS HAMSTRING CURLS X 10 REPS X 4 SETS (NOT QUITE SURE ABOUT THE WEIGHT BUT LIGHT) Job done! | ||

Seated shoulder press 20KG X Lots 60KG X Lots Clean & press 60KG X 10 80KG X 6 100KG X 3 (Belt clean,Camera man missed 2nights set, this set was from last week) Single arm dumbbell press 25KG X 10 Each arm 35KG X 8 Each arm 50KG X 3 Each arm (Nearly dropped it on my head after rep 1 but bought it back) 60KG X 1F X 1F X 1F Upright rows 4OKG X 10 50KG X 10 60KG X 10 Front raises 20KG X 10 X 3 Dumbbell side raises 20LB Per hand X 10 X 3 Good session, feedback appreciated.... ![]() | ||

Hi, thanks for passing by Im quite new 2 the game so at the minute everythink is just trial and error really, Feedback's allways appreciated either positive or negative. Ive not competed as of yet ive got my first novice comp the end of may so just training as much and as hard as possible, ive also just joined the B.D.F.P.A so hoping 2 have a shot at powerlifting in november whilst still a junior ![]() | ||
