Member 357, 21 posts SQ 215, BP 140, DL 232.5 587.5 kgs @ 92kgs Eq	James jefferies beat the long standing 90kg senior and also the masters 1 bench press record today at the SW GBPF competition in Cheltenham with a lift of 228.5kg. Fantastic!! He made it look so easy I recon there is at least another 10kg there this year.

Too important to be messed with Member 557, 83 posts	Long-standing's right - October 1985. Jeff Chandler from Huddersfield - 227.5kg in a T shirt. European Senior Record for a long time too. Well done.
