Cheers Thank you for your feedback but we have to question the validity of these results. We purchase our Whey Proteins from the leading suppliers in Europe who all have the necessary accreditation and history to pass our stringent quality standards. All of our products go through strenuous internal and independent external testing procedures (Your First Choice for Analytical Testing Services) to confirm adherence to our stated protein levels (see attached images). As you can see from the batches you have reported, both our internal and external results confirm we are above these levels. If you could ask the laboratory in question to contact me directly, I would be happy to share our information with them to ensure they follow the correct procedures when testing our products. Hi, Our rep Joshua responded a couple pages back, as mentioned you cannot use 2 voucher codes in one transaction, you will find that most sites also do this. RE delivery, as you didn't go over the threshold you were asked to pay that amount. These figures and points are all listed in the t and c's of the website so unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about it in this instance. I am very sorry about this. If I place an order for £35 and pay with a debit card i pay for one lot of postage, if somebody buy's a £25 and £10 voucher using a debit card and i use them i have to place two orders and pay for extra postage. Explain to me how or why that is fair? Are you saying your not a fair company? And when i placed the second order because you wouldn't allow me to use both vouchers on the first order you charge me extra because i didn't go over the threshold. Do you not see my issue? No gesture has been made to sort this either which reinforces my opinion of My Protein. | ||

Thanks Your company lacks customer service on all levels I have used the live chat and spoke over the phone also Across the board you are appalling at dealing with and helping customers in any way whatsoever that would constitute "service" I was in the gym the other day and some guy openly said to his mate "myprotein are a set of c**ts" which I thought was absolutely unacceptable as swearing in public is downright rude. Rather than batting ball back to the toes of people whom who have let down on this website... Who are numerous... I would invite you use this thread to communicate any future improvements you intend to make or have actually already made in how you manage your customers and service their needs So far I have been left almost thinking that as a company you are trying to win an award for pissing more people off that any rival in history If anybody agrees with me on here feel free to say so... If I'm alone then I shall stand alone. Agsin if you are improving your business... Let us know by posting here rather than them stupid "sale" vouchers that perpetuate an absolute non existence discount in price First things first though. Now this is the kicker... Nobody has yet to admit these shortcomings on here. It would have been nice to hear sone apologies to those whom deserve them and I'd like to know why myprotein always has the stance of never apologizing to their customers. And by the way... Your customer service guy told me that your companies policy is ridiculous and you tell your staff not to accept responsibility or apologise when dealing with complaints and to stonewall them out of their entitlements. I placed an order(54858048) a couple of hours ago looking for delivery tomorrow, paid my dues, but haven't had a confirmation mail. When I try to use 'contact us' the site freezes although it will let me browse products and re fill out my basket. What gives guys? Has my order been placed? Has my payment been taken? Are there 2 pouches of unflavoured greatness en route? Knackers  | ||

Maybe I am just looking at this in an overly simplistic manner but all it would take is for someone to cancel both vouchers and reissue a new one for the value of £35 (The two vouchers combined). I'm glad if the customer service in the event of a problem is as bad as it sounds. Never had a problem with bulk powders/the protein works/go nutrition/muscle food (who now sell sips too). So there's options out there if unhappy with mp. Anyone got any good or bad reviews/experiences to share about any supplement supplier? Might be better in a separate thread actually. | ||
