Good work. You should say the sets on log were strict.

Incline bench

60x5
90x5
95 x 5 x 2
105 x 5 x 2

Pulldowns/tricep press 10 sets

Then some events work

Farmers

60kg x 30m
100kg x 30m (not as fast as Raj)

Picked up 120kg and moved them 5m. Much harder than I imagined. Shoes did not help.

Yoke:

140kg x 2 pick ups
180kg x 20m
220kg x 20m - 1 drop, odd.
220kg x 40m (drop and turn at 20m)
180kg x 60m (drop and turn at 20m)

Parallel to what? If u pause it, the thighs are still at a slight upwards angle suggesting to me that the hip crease is definitely not lower than the knee.
In shoes he will hit depth.

It isn't a case of doing squats to steal depth, may as well bury them, strengthen your legs as much a spossible through a full range of motion

Could do with a tighter pair tbh. Also, compare these to my 130kg x 10 squat vid you uploaded... am I squatting high?

Out of those 10, not all were deep, neither would I say all were high
