Did a pretty good back workout today and normally do Back, Biceps and traps on my back day. I was doing shrugs and lost my grip. Lost my grip so bad that I had to stop my bicep training after 3 sets because I could not hold the weights at all. I need to buy straps for my shrugs. Made me realize just how much i need to work on grip.

What can I do for grip work?. What works the best.

don't buy straps!!!! just work on your grip.

3-4 times a week do one of these

plate pinches
grippers
static holds with normal bar, axle or farmers walk
wrist roller or wrist curls

I lost my grip once, in the left hand. It turned out to be a physical problem, one session with a physio cured it. Next session it was as good as new.

It isn't always something you can work on in the way you mean
