thought i mite aswel update this...

Ginseng: been having this for the last 4/5 months and can only say good things about it. Does not give me a boost for training but slows down fatigue, Also ive not noticed any tolerance to it unlike some other products....

so yes ginseng works for me Happy

best described as changing your ying and yang, due to a previous job I learned basic knowledge of herbs and hocus pocus stuff, "real basic"

siberian ginseng-ideal for women
korean ginseng -ideal for man

classed as a adaptagen helps the body handle more stress,

but I rate rhodiola rosea-standardised 15% rosavins the active ingrediant "ideal", tinctures are by far the best way to take it than capsules or tablets or powders, I rate it much higher though at pushing a positive mindset and was used by the vikings prior to battle to help prepare them so tried and tested through time as well

bottom paragragh goes into detail into a better adaptogen -rhodiola , de-tached completely from ginseng, a completely seperate paragraph for a seperate topic.

Wasn't sure if that other thing was something in ginseng. I've never heard of it or adaptogens. Taking Viking drugs sounds cool though. Cool
