 Member 1115, 25 posts SQ 250, BP 135, DL 260645.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 06.10.2010 @ 15:00 PM by j_marshall We will be running this competition as a charity event for a female member of bull farm ,Satu Kalmi, who was badly injured at the Gpc worlds in Prague, the promoter did no have insurance to cover injuries to the lifters,we intend to raise some money to help her cover the cost of her operation.You can deadlift only, bench only or do both.The competition will be to Gpc rules,raw and equipped lifting is possible.Usn will be donating some supplements as prizes and there will be trophy's up for grabs too.The entry fee is £20 the spectator fee is £3 (under 16s OAP s free) ,there will be refreshments available on the day,please contact lee marshall on 07958500246 for entry forms and payment details. You going down on the day?What time will weigh in be? I will probably end up doing this comp in 90kg class!  Definately not going to cut weight for this so will probably end up weighing in as a light 90kg lifter. In saying that I might end up munching all the way down there and weigh in in the high 80s. Either way its all about nailing some PBs! | ||
