ah pete, I told him you said that tut tut,

Quite right too. I know from conversations with him myself that he as done bigger numbers without it, but those may not have been to IPF depth, whereas in the past he was squatting, he is now squatting to a particular specification.

I have also some experience of squatting as you may know, I have used no suit, loose suits and tight (within reason) suits. I find the tighter suits give support around the hips that definitely helps. Maybe not by huge amounts, but certainly when you get up around your limits, it helps, both physically and mentally.

If Mark assures me that in this instance I am talking bollox, I will, without hesitation believe him, I am after all no stranger to being wrong, but I reserve the right to be surprised.

And let's be honest, that was a life changing moment for you. I remember the glazed look in your eyes that confirmed your little sex wee. I felt dirty. In a good way.

In other news, f**k me those lifts looked easy. I cant comment on the suits but the lifting was pure class.

Finally got around to working out the Wilks on this contest.
Champion of champions goes to Mark Felix with 503.6 wilks points with 902.5 @141.3kg
Best Junior lifter goes to Jake O'Neil with 473.24 wilks points for 767.5 @96.9kg
Interestingly Joe Bullock was 3rd place champ of champs his Wilks was 473.23 for 740 @89.7kg, now that's pretty close!
