Had a play about on my log against all the advice from docs and brigade...... 68kg X 6 (strict), 80kg x 3 (strict), 90kg x 1 (strict) and 95kg X 1 with but of push press. Could've gone higher but didn't want to do myself in again......felt easier than I remember. Then did circuits and stretching.

Shoulder press- (Olympic bar) 60kg X 5,5,5 (strict), 80kg X 3 (1strict,2push)

Fluffed up on pec Dec and cables.
