Their own products seem good value on the face of it. Anyone tried any. I normally buy a MP/Bulkpowders/Maxiraw protein blend. Just considering trying BBW Performance Protein

I've used tgeir stuff a fair bit and rate it highlt.

The performance mass is particularly good value and pretty good breakdown. I gound it really useful putting my early season size on.

I've used the ZMA and it's definitely dosed.right as I had some funky dreams like you wouldn't believe!

The performance protein is very good, but is not to be confused with whey. It's a multi source protein so much better for increasing overall protein levels in your diet in my opinion. A lot of people will bang on about the bioavailability and absorption rates of some of the sources in there but as you most likely mix whey with milk and a carbohydrate it becomes largely irrelevant anyway. Gram for gram of protein content it is as cheap as many value whey powders, but no cheaper. Having said that I think it is a better product so to me you get more for.your money. Tastes pretty good too. Be aware that it also has creatine in it thouh so adjust your dose accordingly.

Cool. You tried them then. Bit more expensive though. Never know if one is overpriced or the other seems too cheap.

Yeah I got some standard whey - cherry flavour and lemon cheesecake. Both very good and makes a nice change. Some of my staff got some strawberry, choc etc and all seemed nice.

They have a 16% orders over £100 until Sunday I think, just for the wedding....
