Thinking something I can take to work.
100g oats, 50g whey. Simple as?

I can just grind a kilo of oats to last the working week.

Might help me spend a lot less at work, too as I'm starving come 11am.

I had a quick look at Ronnie Coleman's King Mass - maltodextrin and fructose.

Have got tons of protein, might just buy some carbs to mix and make my own weight gain shake.

All in the shaker? I think this will take a LOT of shaking...

Title is "without using the blender"

Could easily make a shake with water, put cream cheese between two biscuits and eat it that way. Would look like a weirdo, but nothing new there.

Your favourite protein powder.
Some milk.
Double Cream.
Peanut Butter.

Ta da. I also find double cream makes most shakes taste much better.

ah miss read, then just bash the s**t out of the biscuits and the just use extra thick double cream instead of soft cheese and get some flavouring from Myprotein the drops and away you go

If you can tolerate coconut then coconut cream is pretty good.

I use cheap sugar free chocolate milkshake powder in small quantities to make plain whey + oats + coconut cream + olive oil taste semi-palatable.

Whey
Pre ground oats
WMS
Milk

Some MCTs if that's your bag.

Look at other options for protein like egg powder, liquid egg whites or casein etc.

Probably the best solution.
