Enjoyed this mate.

Reference that 'sinking' in to the chest... Literally, I am not strong enough to eccentric the last few inch of the lift, it fails onto my chest... then I have the strength to press it up. Ever heard/seen of anyone else with a better concentric than eccentric as ridiculous as it sounds?

Lots of good tips, in fact so many (it was longer than the other vids) that it would be nice to have a text summary of the major ones overlaid (maybe appearing as you perform them Cool ).

A quick question too if I may. I've noticed that some of you stronger lifters don't pause at all between reps, whereas I lock out and pause - is there a reason for this?
