![]() Member 1144, 29 posts SQ 180, BP 145, DL 240565.0 kgs @ 138kgs UnEq | i have been recomended to start using bands on my pressing and deadlifts etc iv seen some on strenth shop but my question was as never using them how do you secure them under you also do you really need to start on the first colour or will this be not enough impact as its such a small resistance? cheers guys ![]() | ||
