Right so I'm trying to teach myself how to clean properly

Thing that I can't get my head around....

On the 3rd extension where I'm jumping and shrugging, where should the weight be in my feet? I've read that the weight should be in the heels, but how do I jump off my heels? It doesn't feel natural going onto my toes in this manner.

Or should the weight not be in the heels? I'm confused....

Have you noticed that you are more attractive to the opposite ex yet? Smelling better is never a bad thing. I feel great joy for you.

I'm in Warrington if you're ever over this side. Give me a shout if you're around (preferably with a bit of notice. I can always accommodate a session with a few pointers. Even the odd 121 session can be worth more than you'll ever learn online with this stuff. A nip and tuck here and there can make a world of difference. I know a few bods Yorkshire side too if that fits in better for you.

Thanks mate I'll definitely give you a shout if I'm over that way

If you can send me any details on anyone over my side who I can arrange a session with it would be great, thank you, I would really like to get to grips with the lifts and more importantly, pull the ladies a bit easier.
