Deadlifts worked to 175 x 9 (might have been 10 !)
Chins x 6 between sets (6 sets)

Press worked to 70 x 5
Incline dumbell rows 20 x 13 between sets (5 sets)

Band Face pulls, band good mornings and lying leg raises (2 rounds)

Upper back is hammered - very pleasing.
