I've seen a few of Wildauer's training vids and to say he has amazing potential is a major understatement.

390kg DL @ 20 years olds. f**k!!!!

390kg is a good deadlift no matter what (especially at 19 years old) but that was one of the ugliest pulls I've ever seen! And the footage of him passing out doing front squats is scary! He'll have a serious injury before he's 25 if he's not careful!

Just some form work for him,I mean his pull wouldn't pass in a comp, no chance (PL anyway) but he did get the weight up.
I would settle for having my fantastic good looks reduced to merly looking like Tom the Andrew Sheridan look-a-like for the period of the pull if it meant I could do 390!

He was quite fatigued already though when he did the 390. He had already done some pretty big PB triples leading up to it (340, then 360) as well as a single at 380. 400 can't be too far away!

Wow. That's impressive! 380kg, clean as a whistle. 400kg, just about to the knees. Double Overhand Grip, too.

This bloke is a f**kING BEAST. Not a million miles from the IPF record either @ 20 years old.Grin

Thanks for posting that link Stallion, incredible deadlifting in the IPF especially his age. Is he still a junior, was the lift a junior world record maybe? What did he squat and bench?

Great to see him pull big in a competition!

Squat: 300kg (one attempt)
Benchpress: 150kg (one attempt)

Both were really easy. His focus was the deadlift. The world record is 390kg in IPF for juniors.
