Sounds more like a rubber c**t than something you would press overhead. What height are the stones to? What height are the side handles on the frame? DB is defo 50kg aye? Garry was starting to try with the mind games by telling me it was 55kg Flange plate is a Cover for the end of a pipe its metal round and awkward to lift. speak with Lee Allen they should have something like that at a welding yard. stones wall starts at 70 inches, and drops down 4 inches 5 times. weights 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140. the 140 will be on a oil drum. Side handle for the frame deadlift will be around knee height, but than depends on how heavy it is. DB is around 50kg aim for 55 and you'll be fine. The car deadlift will be with a Citroen C3 so we may be letting the use of straps. Everyone will be given the rules on the day. | ||
