Got given a slingshot today for my birthday. Went to try it out:

Bench: No Slingshot

100kg x 5
110kg x 1
120kg x 1

Bench: Slingshot

100kg x 13
110kg x 6
120kg x 5
130kg x 3
140kg x 1

Week Five

Bench Press: 110kg x 30 reps

Deadlift: 220kg x 10 reps

Dips: +35kg x 10 reps

Pull Ups: +10kg x 10 reps

Cutting it there. Going to spend a week playing with the slingshot, and doing some weightless dips/pull ups and light deadlifts. Will aim for some PRs after.

Also used the slingshot again today:

Close Grip:

100kg x 10
120kg x 5,5
130kg x 2,2

All very easy. I want to try to work up to a 150kg slingshot bench.
