Safety Bar Box Squat x1 @ 160,170,180,190 (Felt hard, video was good. Will push this over the next few weeks)

Speed Box Squats (Low Box) 3x3 @ 150kg (Felt great after using the safety bar)

Medium Grip Bench Press + Chains x1 @ 120,140,150,160kg (Was tough last rep)

Reverse Band Deadlift (Using old centurian thats had the straps adjusted)

x1 @ 270,300,320F,320F (Couldn't get in the right position, was too tight, went home and opened the straps up again)

Tuesday 22/5/2012

Incline DB Bench Press 3x12 @ 40kg DB's
Low Box Squat Tekkers 5x3 @ 120kg No Belt (Felt good, positioning felt nice)
SA DB Shoulder Press 3x8 EA @ 28kg (Work capacity has gone to s**t since tapering, heart rate wouldn't go down!)
Stiff Leg DL 3x10 @ 120kg (Again blowing out of my hole)
Face Pulls 2x10
Tate Press 3x15 (Tendinopathy still giving me a bit of agro!)
SA DB Preacher Curl 2x 10 EA (Summers here, what can I say!)

Due to the tricep being a bit of a problem still I have decided to use electrostim to get some strength and hypertrophy in the area, good amount of research to back up using it, hurts though!

Nice training Rob, I am participating in my first under 20's british 9th of sept, pretty pathetic lifts I've got but abit stronger than I was before so I guess it's slow and steady.

Nominations Order in terms of what they have won etc

1: World Bronze Medalist
2: European Champion
3: World Champion
4: 3 x World Champion
5: 2 x World Sliver Medalist + European Champion
6: World Junior Champion
7: World Champion @ 75kg
8: European Bronze Medalist
9: World Junior Champion @ 75kg
10: Me! European Champion
11: European Silver Medalist
12: World Junior Bronze Medalist


What a line up! Should be a cracking competition. Can't wait, don't plan on coming 10th though!

Nice Stuff, ROB good Luck mate, should be cracking for you. I know people are abit adcerse saying the numbers they want to hit until they've got them and done them, but what total you got in mind mate, You must be up there surely?

Bit late replying sorry!
Looking at
Squat 330-40
Bench 235-40
Deadlift up to 315

Need to total as close to 900 as I can and see if I can pull a decent deadlift.

Training has gone well, I have tones of videos to put up but no time to do it!

Training highlights so far have been

245 Paused Box Squat
257.5 Touch and Go Box Squat

Equipped Squat + Chains 330 + 30kg of chains at the top
Not deep enough but still a big weight to go down and up with

245 Bench in the shirt

300 Deadlift with straps down in a loose inzer max dl.
