This is an under 80kg Strongman competition which i`m running in Summer 2011 ..

This is a heavy comp for the bodyweight and is not a first timers comp ..

6 Events . Who is the strongest under 80kg competitor in the land ?

LETS FIND OUT !

Events - Subject to change.

Event 1 - Frame Carry 220kg for 30 metres drop and turn

15 metres.

Event 2 - MAX Loglift Last man standing. Start weight 80kg then 10kg jumps to 120kg then 5kg jumps.

Event 3 - Deadlift Medley 200kg Car/ 190 kg Axle/ 200kg Farmers / 200kg 18"Barbell / 240kg Frame

Event 4 - Yoke/Barrel 220kg Yoke 90kg Barell both 15 metres.

Event 5 - Circus Dumbell for Reps 50kg Each rep from floor to overhead.

Event 6 - Atlas Stone over Yoke 135kg or 110kg for reps over 44" Yoke
