LIGHT NOVICE + OPEN STRONGMAN COMPETITION

event 1 - farmers walk 25m(100kg novice, 150kg open)
event 2 - axle clean + press (90kg novice, 120kg open)
event 3 - deadlift (200kg novice, van deadlift open)
event 4 - yoke 25m (200kg novice, 380kg open)
event 5 - medley (tbc)

£15 entrance t-shirt recieved on day. protein and trophies for top 3.
