Competition Information

6 events to find the Strongest in the Duchy! (anyone can enter, no matter what region)

Event one: Log press 100kg (TBC)
Event two: Car/Van Deadlift
Event 3: Cornish Stone Carry 135kg
Event 4: Medley
Event 5: Block Press
Event 6: Keg Loading
Weights -TBC (again really dependant on the level of interest)

£15 entry for Athletes, Spectators free! Prizes for top 3, t-shirts for all.

If anyone would be interested in competing then please let me know. The more interest we get the further we can expand the sport we all love here in the Southwest! Please let me know your Gym lifts and experience and i'll get you added to the provisional list!
