Competition Information

We are holding our first strongman comp!
There will be two category's over and under 90s
It is aimed at first timers and beginners but anyone is welcome.

The events are
Max deadlift last man standing
Tyre flip
overhead medley
hex bar carry
barrel run
log for reps
