3. Atlas stones - for reps in 75 seconds (Weighted Barrel for women) (85kg for under 90kg) (105kg for over 90kg)
4. Truck pull - Timed
5. Crucifix - Timed (2 x 14lb Sledgehammers)
6. Sandbag press (30kg for women) (55kg for under 90kg) (75kg for over 90kg)
Large strongman trophies & protein for 1st place in all categories
Engraved plaque for 2nd and 3rd place in all categories
