log for reps 90 sec 100kg's,
Tyres for reps 90 sec approx 300kg's,
Super yoke 300kg's x 25m timed,
Farmers 120kg's x 25m timed,
Stones 100-140 timed,

There will be an entry fee of £15 per athlete, T-shirts will be provided. All proceeds to go to the school funds.
The field has been opened up to an absolute maximum of 14 athletes in each category, so thats novice and under 105kg on Saturday 5th July and open and intermediate on Sunday 6th July.
