Competition Information

Lancashire and Cheshire Powerlifting championships (IPF Rules) also the NW unequipped powerlifting championships will be run as a seperate group. This contest can be used to qualify for the British Unequipped in September. As usual guest lifters are welcome as are new members and spectators. Admission is free and there is always good food and good company at these events.
