Top 5 from each weight class (105 and opens) go through to final in August.

1-Log Press 105's-105kg Opens-115kg
2-Deadlift 105's-210kg Opens-240kg (No straps, no suits, no sumo)
3-Stones over 52-54inch yoke 105's 90kg stone (1 point) 110kg stone (3 points)
Opens 110kg stone (1 point) 130kg stone (3 points)
4-Medley 105's-240kg yoke 20mtrs, 350kg(approx) tyre 3 flips and 100kg farmers 20 mtrs
Opens-280kg yoke 20mtrs, 420kg(approx) tyre 3 flips and 125kg farmers 20 mtrs
5-Barrel toss both classes 20kg barrels tossed over height (approx 5-6 mtrs) most barrels thrown over in 75 seconds, 4 barrels will be set in places and reset in ready to be thrown again
6-Harness truck pull
