TWO DAY EVENT.!!!
ALL England OPEN Powerlifting and Single lifts Championships.
All age groups.Men and Women.All weightclasses.Single lifts to be integrated with respective Powerlifting weightclass and type of lift.

SATURDAY 9th October.Single lifts and Powerlifting.
Equipped and Unequipped
ALL LADIES CLASSES
MEN UP TO AND INCLUDING 82.5KG CLASS.

SUNDAY 10th October.Single lifts and Powerlifting.
Equipped and Unequipped.
90KG MEN and ABOVE.

Awards for:- OPEN weightclass winners.English Divisions members weightclass and age group winners.University and College(incl. schools) weightclass winners.
Best lifters OPEN Squat/Bench/Deadlift/Powerlifting total.(by points)

Cafe open from weigh in and through day.ENTRY FORMS and Poster on BDFPA SITE.Spectators entry £2.Raffle,music and video.

Entry is open to all BDFPA and WDFPLF MEMBERS.No qualifying total required.Lifts achieved count as Qualifiers but you must still lift at your divisionals if held.
