Its more about back cause u ant get the same leg drive. My best from the floor is 190 but 1st time at the 15" I got 210 but 220 didnt even move so the wall is hit quick. pretty much the 10% carl suggested too Eek

Most of the guys who watched this feat of strength decided it was a failed 220 barbell curl. Cammy (Britney) loves the gunz lol Tongue

Unit 20/32
1st outing at the new buzz unit 20 (defo a quality place & massive)

Axle clean & press
Bar x 6, 65kg clean x4 & press x1
75kg cleans only
85kg cleans only
95kg clean
Thought axle was 30kg but found out after it was 35kg so better workout than 1st thought. Still a mile away from pressing 90kg though but still time Confused

Think a few guys may be surpised with the 90kg clean on an axle (not easy)

Deadlift (normanl bar)
warm up
100x4, 140x2, 160x2, 170x1
140x6

Arm over arm
280kg x 15m (not timed)

Farmers holds
55x4, 95x2 (not timed)

Left it at that. Crazy cold & my hands were numb lol.
Pleased with a 95kg axle clean tho Grin The rest was so so
