Hi Stuart, a few questions for training.

Will the viking press be front or rear facing & will the handles be to the side or front?

What will the hold be, frame or deadlift frame as last year?

What will the arm over arm be, car, chain etc?

Bench press machine, 60 x6, 80 x4

Tricep push downs

Rear delts, 3 sets

Strict barbell, bar x10, 45 x6, 65 x4, 75 x2, 80 x1, 70 x2

Slight pull in right arm so a bit of a grind Unhappy

Floor press, 100 x6, 110 x3

Bench 60 x6, 80 x6, 100 fail

Arm not great now so left it. Im falling apart lol

Not feeling great just now, feeling it a bit after 1st week back at work. Will plod on & see how it goes. Need the weekend....

Squat, bar x10, 60 x6, 100 x6, 140 x4, 160 x2, 160 x4, 140 x1

Plan was 140 x8 but on last rep of 160's something went crack in my back & had to bin the next set. workout done.

Did 4 sets of 10 hypers to try ease the back & left it at that for another day Roll-Eyes

Standing strict dumbell, 25 x4 x2

Bench, 60 x6, 80 x4, 100 x1 x2

Planned more bench & dips but ran out of time. Pressing coming on slow & steady, so happy for now.

Still sore from Sunday too, killed me lol
