Tue/Fri the way forward for sure. Was being a pussy on the smith with the 1st set of 70 only getting 3 reps. Get angry lol | |||

Shame too cause the 100 double was easy but 110 just sat at the bottom & going knowhere . 15" Deads im having a real problem with at the mo, think the unit landrover tyre make it easier than pulling with oly plates. | |||

17-01-10 Unit 20/32 Think i will just call it THE UNIT from now on too many numbers lol Yoke 50x30m, 130x30m, 170x30m 210x15m(easy enough), 250x2m (lower back gave in & was just getting crushed) Farmers 70x20m, 80x20m, 90x20m 100x10m, 110x10m (all pretty quick & easy) Axle clean & press Worked upto 65kg for tech but still finding these far harder than they should be. Started some curls but something went crack in my left arm so stopped Farmers is a comfy event so need to leave alone for a while & thinking of doing high reps for a while cause f**k all else appears to be working. Cant wait to have a go on the 260 frame when its finally built (prob my only decent placing in the novice comp...) Lower back totally wrecked so no more friday/sunday from now on. | |||
