Never done box squats or 18" deads before. Dont like the box squats so I guess I will have to do more Unhappy . Nothing special tonight but not the worst.
Now on Tue/Fri training casue im trying to give my back all weekend to recover due to it getting wrecked every day at work. TRAIN SMART LOL

Happy enough with front squats as havnt done them for a while & 100kg is my current PB. Shame too cause the 100 double was easy but 110 just sat at the bottom & going knowhere Unhappy .
15" Deads im having a real problem with at the mo, think the unit landrover tyre make it easier than pulling with oly plates.

Worked upto 65kg for tech but still finding these far harder than they should be.


Started some curls but something went crack in my left arm so stopped Confused


Farmers is a comfy event so need to leave alone for a while & thinking of doing high reps for a while cause f**k all else appears to be working. Roll-Eyes
Cant wait to have a go on the 260 frame when its finally built (prob my only decent placing in the novice comp...)
Lower back totally wrecked so no more friday/sunday from now on.
