35 minutes is just crazy, what were you thinking! Reckon i've gone about two - three weeks max, probably when i've been travelling, but have conducted the experiment myself before. From what i can remember it was pretty tough at first but gets easier as time goes on. Eventually my body would look after itself and i'd just have a wet dream. Well, you did ask Happy

Maybe he is so sensitive coz he's a relative of smolov, or maybe had a homosexual encounter with him, but smolov couldn't take it any further coz he was too messed up by all the people calling routines smolov when they weren't, so now HM has a hang-up and want's to right the world....

Yeah, he's an asshole. I used to go on FI quite a bit, but don't bother any more.

Good plan to enter dude! I am not really training specifically for it, as i don't think it's essential due to the lightish weights. Cardio could be on the cards I guess, though i am pretty scared of it. As for reps with the 80kg log, full range ones, dunno, hope for 3, 2 for sure i'd say, 4 at a long shot.

Thanks Adam, David and Rick Happy

And now, because of the recent posting spate on my log, i will ressurect it with tonights training;

Eating not great, and feel a bit weak in general, but decent enough session tonight;

Front squats
6x60
6x80
2x5x80 - fall forward just a wee bit when it gets to this weight. Will keep going up though i think and just drop reps if need be

seated shoulder press
6x40
3x60
2x67.5 - f**king heavy
2x6x60

18" deads
6x100
2x140
3x6x150 - all felt really good. Nice to use a manageable weight and just fire out some reps

Hmm, for me probably generally staying injury free and healthy has been a bonus, and progression has been pretty steady across the board. Put tons on my squat and deadlift, and started to build a decent base for future lifting. Individual stuff, probably 150kg squat, 90kg log, and 195kg deadlift.

Good work everyone, let the progression continue!
