| Thanx buddies for all the good luck wishes! Means alot to me! The night in the hospital was ok because they gave me morfine, last night i was in home and cant sleep from the f**king pain! Painkillers are not working... Hope i get some heavier s**t today... I'll keep you updated about the recovery... | |||

| Yesterday was a dark day in my training carriere..... First a PR with a 142,5kg jerk, still happy then.... [url][/url] Then an attempt on 150kg.... [url][/url] The barbell fell backwards and hit me on my belt... My body turns backwards and my right foot stayed in place... Broke my ankle on 3 places and got an operation yesterday evening with some metal plates and bolts to keep everything on its place... Season 2011 is over, hope to recover quick so i can walk again.... | |||

| Did a 6 week built up for my squat and deadlift . Turned out great with a 17,5kg increase on my squat and a 10kg increase on my deadlift. | |||
