Mostly my trainingweek consist of: 2x UB, 1x LB + back, 1x events... Log i normally do on 1 of the UB days. Later this week my sled is ready so i can do some more of event training myself.... Thanx mate, I started with a small room +-200m2 about 2 years ago.. now its expanded to a 700m2 gym with all the equipment for everyone, lots of weights, barbells, dumbells, Hammer Strenght equipment, axle, kegs, log etc but also for the cardio people: spinningbikes, bikes, crosstrainers, treadmills etc. Am very happy that it worked out this way and that i actually made my work out of my hobby! | |||

Do strongman medleys of various kind of ways, make them much longer than the ones on the competition.. it gives your condition a boost and its not that boring as treadmills! | |||

9-12-2007 Strongman training: Warmup: 50m timbersprint 45kg st. Giant Medley: 18m sledpull harnas 265kg 20m sledpull backwards 265kg Loading 120kg trainpart on 1.40m distance 4m loading 80kg keg on 1.40m distance 8m loading 65kg keg on 1.40m distance 10m loading 90kg stone on 1.40m distance 13m loading 70kg stone on 1.40m distance 15m Totally exhausted..... Last sledpull we did was 240kg with all the weight on the back of the sled.. now it was almost al the weight on the front of the sled so much heavier... took a few minutes to complete the harnas pull... backwards pull went really fast... loading felt like being killed, i guess.... Rehab biceps + shoulders 2x30x2,5kg side raise 1x15x7kg side raise 1x30x2,5kg front raise 1x15x 7kg front raise 2x20x7kg hammercurl 2x20x7kg dumb curl | |||

Hey, you really have an impressive bench at your BW and Raw... Try to get the squat up and your total will soon hit the 600 total! I start Smolov cycle for squat next week caus i know i have so much left in squat and finally wanna have that big total! |
