It was an open teamcomp. Alex won with his teammate! Second place was for Paul Wood and John Hobson. There were only 8 teams and i finished last with my teammate... We didnt do bad, finished all events just not as fast as the rest or just a few reps behind...

We did 10 reps on the 75kg rocklift, finished the truck in 43sec, got 15 reps with the 500kg cardeadlift and got the stones up to 160kg, then finished both medleys but just not fast enough...

Event training at Jarno Hams place.
Very cool to go there and train, try some original equipment of the champions leaugue comps... Very nice and helpfull guy, to bad he tore his quadriceps last week at champions league Holland so will be out for a year...

Events will be:

- 20 ton harnas truckpull with 2 man
- 500kg cardeadlift for reps with 2 man
- 75kg and 85kg rocklift for reps
- Medley: 110kg farmers 25m, 350kg tyre 6flips, 185kg duckwalk 20m and 300kg chain for 20m
- Medley: 320kg yoke 20m and 120kg roll of fabric for 20m load
- Stones of strenght: 100-110-120-140-160-180 onto platforms...

Great fronties mate! Your tyre flipping looks strong, just be carefull wen twisting to the sides wen its on your knee..... looks bit scary to me!
