i mate. going to try nail 3 gym sessions every week, as wont be making dungeon every week now its sunday. but should be at most of them.

JD, the only poss problem I can see with the plan is the cardio, depending on what its for.

If it to lose weight, IMO/IME you will not make considerable atrenght gains when losing weight!

you really think its that bad JC?

i have been doing 15mins after training, which ill keep doing. ive put on so much fat recently. i dont want to get ripped or anything gay like that, just bit mroe stamina so i dont die during farmers and yoke, and just to lose some of the masses of excesses flab.

I would think 15 mins will be fine mate. I was just stating that when I have lost weight, I have also lost strength too, but that obviously may not be the case for everyone

good training mate. If I was you (it may be in there somewhere, but I cant see it), I would also do some pressing/push pressing from racks

If your out like me, you can probably press more than you can actually clean to have a bash at pressing it

thinking of doing some push press or strict press on my third day aswell. i dont clean every rep, normally just the first rep clean, unless i drop it and have another go.
