As it stands I reckon I'm good for 14-15 without wraps. With wraps - Who knows? I'm changing all my my training so that after my top weight set is over, the rest of the session is brutal as can be with minimum recovery time. Hopefully I'll build up some real conditioning. I'll also be repping out with 190+ every week (should be at around 205 the week before the comp). Macca | ||
