typical week...
monday yoga stretch 15mins
tuesday ma 45 minutes
wednesday:
kettle bell squats 2 x 12/15 upto 50k
bors x 2 63k 15 reps
kettle bell swings upto 50k 2 x 15
dips 2 x 20
flys 20/25k x 2 12
ohp 3 x 10/15 upto 53k
hammers 25k 2 x 15
kickbacks 25k x 2 x 10

thursday ma 45 minutes

friday rest but a fasting day...

saturday
deads 7 sets light (upto 133k) 5 rep sets of speed work only.
front squats light 50k x 2/3 high reps
kettle bell swings upto50k x 2 x 15
shrugs 133k 3 x 20
urr upto 53k 2 x 12
bors upto 103k x 12 3 sets
ohp upto 53k 2/3 x 12

if not working will do 1 hours ma with kids inc nunchucker drills, form practice and HIT.

sunday
30 minutes ma stretch
dips 3 sets weighted and isometrics
cgbp 3 sets light 83k x 12
pressups and isometrics
plate punches and isometric holds
ez curls upto 60k x 12 5 sets
french press 4 sets x 12 upto 45kish

also fasting every morning until first tea break at 1030. fasting friday until 5pm

11st 10' - 12 stone since Feb and pretty good shape...no injurys and feeling good Happy

still fasting...but only in mornings for first 4 hours.

interesting...my flexibility have not incresaed much in 18 months however, my dynamic ability has. i.e I can hardly touch my toes but I can kick to my head and hold a mean side/ roundhouse and turn kick...so the ma is helping with my mobility 10 fold.
